As co-founder of the agency, Ryan has been responsible for the conception and creation of the Peoplewelike proposition and for leading the development of the integrated offering across strategy, design, advertising, digital, social and now crm.
Ryan is a passionate advocate of doing business in a smart and modern way and has led the charge on finding world class clients, who share the same values and who want to work and build brands the same way.
Before starting Peoplewelike, Ryan spent two years as the VP, General Manager of BBDO's Paris office. While in that role, Ryan also served as the World Wide Omnicom lead for HP and also the World Wide BBDO lead for Pepsi working between New York, Palo Alto and Paris.
Prior to that, Ryan spent half a decade at the world’s top creative agency, Wieden + Kennedy, leading the Global Coca-Cola business and another 10 years at JWT working with Smirnoff, Vodafone, Kellogg’s and MTV International.
Ryan is an impossible optimist and truly believes that this is the most exciting time to be alive and to be involved in a creative business.
He is married with three boys and has lived and worked in Toronto, New York, London, Amsterdam and now Paris.
